Fitness motivation top #1

My first tip to getting yourself motivated to do exercise is....

Treat yourself to some new workout clothes whether it's a new pair or trainers or a sports bra! Once you have bought it you will want to get use out of it!

Its important that you feel comfortable in what you are wearing when you are working out (and just generally.) So buy clothes that you love the look of yourself in! Don't worry if you are on a budget, try and dig out some old clothes that you haven't worn for a while and would love to get some use out of! Also nike and Adidas look nice but they are expense and you're paying purely for the brand! Shops such as PRIMARK and H&M both sell sports gear and a good price!

If you look good, you'll fell good and it will boost your confidence and motivation when you're doing exercise!
